Obodo means tribe or community, which is such a strong and emotive word for us.

We feel it reflects what we, members and coaches, have become today and it also embodies the range of services that we offer inhouse.

We have now taken our services online with virtual exercise classes, personal training and group coaching sessions, bringing obodo to your abode 😉
