Favourite class to coach: Evolve as it’s a little less technical so I get to spend time chatting to members.
Favourite movement: Deadlifts or Pull Ups. They make you feel so STRONG!
Least favourite movement: Thrusters. Who like thrusters?
Favourite movie: Lion King. Always has been always will be.
Death Row Meal: My mom’s Spaghetti Bolognese.
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Chill with my dog, Oscar.
Why do you love working at obodo: Because it’s the best gym in Ireland obviously? For real, it’s because the team are amazing, it’s not a lie when i say we’re like one big happy family, the members are so fun and friendly and always willing to push out of their comfort zones. It’s awesome to wake up at 4.30am excited to go to work every morning!

Favourite class to coach: CrossFit.
Favourite movement: T2B/ Squat Clean (anything with gymnastics and barbells) and I don’t mind a burpee either!
Least favourite movement: Wall balls - It’s twice my height.
Favourite movie: Citizen Kane or The Dark Knight (these are two, I had 10)
Death Row Meal: Everything I could fit in my stomach.
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Spin on the motorbike. 🏍️
Why do you love working at obodo: Most fun place I’ve worked in, seeing members do things they never thought they could and leaving with a smile.

Favourite class to coach: 9.30am Revelate, because I love the members in that class, it always puts me in a good mood.
Favourite movement: Snatches…. Chasing 60kg
Least favourite movement: Thrusters. Who likes thrusters?
Favourite movie: Cars. When Lightening McQueen saves Dinoco, always makes me cry.
Death Row Meal: Chicken wings with blue cheese dip. Can’t forget the dip!
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Watching videos on TikTok to see what I’m going to have the coaches doing next.
Why do you love working at obodo: I love working at obodo because I feel like I’m working with my best friends. Whenever you’re in a bad mood, you coach a class and a member won’t even know it, but they’ll come in and say something or do something to make your day. A lot of our job is helping people, but I don’t think the members know how much they help us too.

Why do you love working at obodo: I get to sort out peoples issues that they may experience either through movements in the gym or in their day to day lives.

Favourite class to coach: CrossFit, I've been doing it for 16 years and coaching it for 13 years and it still challenges and rewards me.
Favourite movement: Deadlift, I love lifting heavy things!
Least favourite movement: Pistols, highlights my bad ankle mobility and poor balance…
Favourite movie: Dirty Dancing. (have watched it about 50 times)
Death Row Meal: My husbands homemade pizza and a good IPA!
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Spend time with my kids, drink good coffee.
Why do you love working at obodo: The people! Such energy from everyone and the trust members give us is really special.

Favourite class to coach - I love teaching yoga, especially to people who haven't tried it or think they don't like it. It’s incredibly satisfying to convert someone!
Favourite movement - My favorite movement is the handstand pushup! I love an inversion to get the blood flowing.
Least Favourite movement - Sometimes in life, you just have to do the things you don’t like, specifically, Bulgarian split squats.
Favorite movie - Hmm, I actually prefer books. At the moment, I'm obsessed with anything by Sarah J. Maas. If you know, you know! ;) The Throne of Glass series is just incredible. I loved it! IF I had to pick a movie(s) I loved Jennifer’s Body, Mean Girls or anything with that early 2000’s vibe. Anything borderline offensive with Sacha Baron involved lol.
Death Row Meal - Home cooked Sunday Roast with family and friends. Xtra crispy roast poppies (boarder line burnt) with gravy from the juice of the meat. Chicken, roast beef and lamb. All the other bits to go along with it of course. KERRY GOLD butter, with extra crispy skull bread. Don’t give me any of ‘I can’t believe it’s not butter’ ew makes me SICK.
Favourite thing to do outside of gym - I love hiking, beach swims, saunas, reading, spending time with family, my dog, I love my dog. I love gaming (PS5 and Nintendo) I’m a nerd, Pokemon to Black Opps Zombies.
Why do you love working at obodo - I love working here because it gives me the room to grow as a coach. Since being here I have been thought so many different skills in regard to coaching. Members and colleagues are top notch. Genuinely such an amazing environment.

Anything that involves spending time outdoors, with family and friends!
Why do you love working at obodo:
The community of members and coaches. Every member who walks through the doors is there for their own reasons - be it to get a PB, do their first pull-up, meet new people or create a healthy head space. Every goal matters, and I love being part of that!

I love working here because I’ve experienced the positive impact from the great coaches, the community and the varied programs for many years as a member. I feel very grateful knowing that I can be part of providing that experience to others now.
