Revelate
Revelate is a coach-led cardio class using the row, bike and ski machines to improve fitness in a low-impact, supportive way. Every session is fully suited to your level, so you work at your own pace while being guided and encouraged throughout. Ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone who enjoys clear structure and steady progress. Think fitness and fun!
Crossfit
CrossFit is varied, coach-led training that builds strength, fitness, skill development and confidence using functional movements like squats, pressing and hinging. Every workout is fully scalable, so beginners and experienced members train side-by-side, each working at the right level for them. Expect variety, teamwork, and a great sense of achievement.
Evolve conditioning
Evolve is a balanced mix of strength, cardio, mobility and control, designed to improve everyday fitness and movement quality. It’s lower impact, accessible, and adaptable, making it ideal if you’re returning to exercise, managing injuries, or simply want to move well and feel good. Challenging when you want it to be, supportive always.
Strong
Strong focuses on building muscle, bone strength, and resilience through structured strength training. Sessions are slower-paced, highly coached, and ideal if you want to feel stronger, supported and confident with weights. Perfect for beginners, midlife members or anyone who wants strength without the rush.
Personal training
Personal Training is fully tailored, one-to-one coaching designed around your goals, lifestyle, injuries, and experience level. You’ll get personalised programming, close guidance, and accountability to help you move better, get stronger, and feel more confident. Perfect if you want extra support, clarity or a plan built just for you.
Sports teams
Revelate helps us work with sports teams and show them how they are getting fitter. The system is able to show you the work rate of each player and allow coaches and management to better gauge their player’s physical standard.

Favourite class to coach: CrossFit, I've been doing it for 16 years and coaching it for 13 years and it still challenges and rewards me.
Favourite movement: Deadlift, I love lifting heavy things!
Least favourite movement: Pistols, highlights my bad ankle mobility and poor balance…
Favourite movie: Dirty Dancing. (have watched it about 50 times)
Death Row Meal: My husbands homemade pizza and a good IPA!
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Spend time with my kids, drink good coffee.
Why do you love working at obodo: The people! Such energy from everyone and the trust members give us is really special.

Favourite class to coach: Evolve as it’s a little less technical so I get to spend time chatting to members.
Favourite movement: Deadlifts or Pull Ups. They make you feel so STRONG!
Least favourite movement: Thrusters. Who like thrusters?
Favourite movie: Lion King. Always has been always will be.
Death Row Meal: My mom’s Spaghetti Bolognese.
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Chill with my dog, Oscar.
Why do you love working at obodo: Because it’s the best gym in Ireland obviously? For real, it’s because the team are amazing, it’s not a lie when i say we’re like one big happy family, the members are so fun and friendly and always willing to push out of their comfort zones. It’s awesome to wake up at 4.30am excited to go to work every morning!

Favourite movement: T2B/ Squat Clean (anything with gymnastics and barbells) and I don’t mind a burpee either!
Least favourite movement: Wall balls - It’s twice my height.
Favourite movie: Citizen Kane or The Dark Knight (these are two, I had 10)
Death Row Meal: Everything I could fit in my stomach.
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Spin on the motorbike. 🏍️
Why do you love working at obodo: Most fun place I’ve worked in, seeing members do things they never thought they could and leaving with a smile.

Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Recently it’s rock climbing but mainly just the gym. 😅
Why do you love working at obodo: I get to sort out peoples issues that they may experience either through movements in the gym or in their day to day lives.

Favourite movement: Snatches…. Chasing 60kg
Least favourite movement: Thrusters. Who likes thrusters?
Favourite movie: Cars. When Lightening McQueen saves Dinoco, always makes me cry.
Death Row Meal: Chicken wings with blue cheese dip. Can’t forget the dip!
Favourite thing to do outside of the gym: Watching videos on TikTok to see what I’m going to have the coaches doing next.
Why do you love working at obodo: I love working at obodo because I feel like I’m working with my best friends. Whenever you’re in a bad mood, you coach a class and a member won’t even know it, but they’ll come in and say something or do something to make your day. A lot of our job is helping people, but I don’t think the members know how much they help us too.
