Who We Are

At obodo we pride ourselves on being the best fitness facility, with something for all fitness levels, abilities and ages.  Our expert coaches will take you through your workouts, be it sweaty cardio, functional movement, fun gymnastic work or technical lifting.  We understand that everyone is different and have individual goals and capabilities.  We will work with each member, identifying their mobility limitations and personal goals.  We will encourage your progress, help build your energy and stamina, and welcome you into our friendly, inclusive community. 

 

Revelate:

THE cardio experience.  A full body workout, challenging you physically and mentally, creating power and building fitness and endurance.  It is a 45min session, using the row, ski and bike machines, tracking your heart rate and monitoring your power output and energy. Suited for all levels of fitness.  A guaranteed sweat, leaving you with a smile on your face!

CrossFit:

A strength and conditioning class, focusing on mobility and stretching to ensure correct, safe and effective movement.  You will work on strength, technical Olympic lifting, high level gymnastics and a wide range of other gym and fitness movements and lifts.  Never a dull moment in our CrossFit sessions!  We adapt and scale movements for all levels so anyone can participate.  No experience required, just a little enthusiasm and the desire to learn.

Evolve:

A conditioning class to rival them all.  A full body challenge, including bodyweight and free weights movements, using dumbbells, kettlebells and much more.  We know and understand the importance of correct technique and optimal movement so we put a big emphasis on stretching and mobility in class too.  It is so important to work on our physical limitations and keep ourselves mentally alert too!
